Stupid but curious question,
I just picked up a CS400i center channel today and I thought the last time I was at Circuit City, I noticed a green Led that came on when you selected the speaker right under the Polk Audio emblem. Do you guys with this speaker notice this ?? Looks like there is a LED in there ,but don't know now if it's supposed to lighten up when powered.

Thanks in advance,

Jeff

Nope, no light there. There's a little dent where a light would be on a powered speaker, but since the 400i is not powered: No light. That little dent seems to have confused several people.

Wow, thanks for your reply. I often wondered about that. I could have sworn I saw that at Circuit City though. Oh well. .what matters is that it sounds good : )

The 1000i's and 2000i's, and the CS1000p, PSW650, etc. have the green LED in the polk emblem. --Only those with powered subwoofers.

Why Green LED? Blue would have looked SOoooo much better.

no light on front would be even better.. i see the light as a distraction.. but blue would be better than green
