for those of you who have sent back subs or polk products because they needed fixed how long did it take them to fix them? did they give you any trouble?
looking for a good amp and maybe some subs!

    i just so happen to have a lot of experience with this...it takes them about 5 days or less to get it sent back once they receieve it...the rest is shipping time...if you send it overnight or 2 day i think they said they will match it...but ive always just sent it in normal
    ive never had a problem...just send it with the receipt and your return shipping address

    do they reimburse you for shipping it to them or is that on your own? it doesnt matter a whole lot how long it takes because i have had it not working for probably over a month now i just didnt know it was the sub that was the problem until now.

    thats kind of crappy. it only costed 40 to send it to them. 100 more and i coulda bought a new sub
