Polk SDA 2 Interconnect cable pin and blade can i make one and how? where can i buy for y

I have a set of Polk SDA 2 speakers without the interconnect cable. I have looked almost everywhere and only found blade and blade cables. I need cables with a blade and pin ends. can i make one and how? what size pin and blade should i use? what length cable is standard. Or where can i buy one? thanks for your help in this matter!!!
