mini dsp for subwoofer + calibrated mic are a must???

Hello Polks,
Been off grid for quite sometime and now getting back to it again. Setting up a dual sub and would need some guidance from here. Heard about this mini DSP and needed mic but they’re quite pricey. I am broke as heck with 3 in college. LoL.
Unsure how to crawl test with 2 subs and placement with spousal approval is a challenge…yikes!

Do I really need this or my AVR could fine tune this for me? Any thoughts?

Subs: 2xKlipsch 12
Display: 98” qm7k TCL

All speakers are set to small and bass crossover is set to 80hz

    It looks as you have two different subs, that could be problematic as well. Blending one can be tough. If one sub has high level speaker in/out binding posts I would put that one on the surround speakers. JMHO
