VR3_Mods Polk Audio Anti Diffraction Pads Have Arrived.

One set of my Snells C/V and one set of Acoustic Research AR 9's that I used to own had diffraction pads installed at the factory. I wanted to try them with my SDA's however the center star piece? What were I to do? I do not like wasting. Why not install them on a set of my Snell E III's? Cant hurt. I have not put them on the SDA's yet. Hard to bring myself to cover any of that @xschop billet aluminum goodness. These are very nicely made Trey. I like them! Do the speakers sound better? It is very hard to beat the sound of the Snell E III. Ask anyone who has heard a set that has been refurbished. Ask anyone who has Audio Note AN-E speakers. But I think I like the sound better with them than without so that is saying something! Do they meet "Fine Hound" approval? They have not left the office once since I installed them! However you do have to understand one thing about me. I will watch and read and listen to threads like the one listed below in the pictures.
