Polk Woodbourne - Issues connecting to networks or USB

So, all the connectivity, except for AUX and Bluetooth seems to be busted in my Woodbourne. I can't find the SSID anywhere, I don't have the app anymore (which is no longer available) and connecting the speaker to USB seems to do nothing that I can notice. I have also connected it directly to my router, and to my PC and haven't been able to find it. The activity lights on the back of the speaker don't seem to light up either.
I could be missing something, Aux, Opt and Bluetooth work. However the speaker shuts off after 30 minutes/an hour. (I haven't measured)
I was hoping to update the firmware or try to connect it to my wifi setup. I just don't know how to get in. Holding the button causes the airplay logo to flash, and the speaker functions as far as I can tell outside of it being invisible to anything I plug it into or try to find on numerous wifi devices (even tried a 3ds for it's legacy hardware to see if it was a compatibility issue).
Any advice beyond just using it as a door weight?
