Rubicon or Nichicon for Parasound 855a

Thoughts on replacing the ps capacitors in Parasound 855a. Rubicon or Nichicon or some other brand? Also should I go with the 85c rating or 105c? And lastly, where to source the part?

Panasonic low ESR (FS-A lineup) is a good choice too. 105C rated definitely. Find ones that are rated for at least 10,000 hours. Vishay makes good caps too. For a power supply, you don't need fancy audio rated capacitors. Go for industrial, rubust, long life, and low ripple.
Make sure to order from a supplier like Mouser or Digikey. Do not order from eBay or Amazon if you want guaranteed genuine products.

You should verify the uF values first. After that you can shop around to see who has the values required.

Parts Connexion and HiFi Collective are good sources.

For the largest caps in a power supply (10,000uF or greater), you may find limited choices. Look closely to see the mounting method. Some are screw in, some are tabbed, some are normal through wire. You'll want to match that up as close as possible. For the largest caps, Cornell-Dubilier and Chemicon are also solid choices.

    This is sound advice!
There's a lot of counterfeits on those two sites.
