Does anyone here have any experience with this little disk spinner? If so I'd like to know what your thoughts were/are on it. Thanks

Okay so here's a little back story since nobodies asking (lol). I was recently promoted (Couple of weeks ago). Most of my responsibilities will be the same but the new roll gains a few more. Some include data processing/entry. I will be preforming these tasks in our shared office. So naturally I'm thinking about assembling an office rig
. I already have an extra integrated (Dayton Audio Pro) and a pair of speakers the DA B65s. Being that these components are around ~100-150$. I figured that's where I'd put the budget for the CD player. 2ch rig: Speakers: Magnepan LRS w/Magna Riser stands Preamplifier: Parasound P5 Amplifier: Parasound A23 CDP: Pioneer DV-563A Cables: Wireworld Equinox 7 XLR ICs, Wireworld Ultraviolet 7 USB, AudioQuest Q2s, AudioQuest NRG X(preamp)

SMSL makes great DACs and small form factor amps. Not sure I'd want to buy a CD player from them, especially not a slot loader. At this point, rip the music to a drive and stream to a desktop DAC/Amp setup.
(Slot loaders are notorious for scratching discs when they malfunction)
Note: this is in the Going Digital section, which is typically about creating a digital library, not physical media. -
Thanks for the information, I'll take this into consideration "Slot loaders are notorious for scratching discs when they malfunction".2ch rig: Speakers: Magnepan LRS w/Magna Riser stands Preamplifier: Parasound P5 Amplifier: Parasound A23 CDP: Pioneer DV-563A Cables: Wireworld Equinox 7 XLR ICs, Wireworld Ultraviolet 7 USB, AudioQuest Q2s, AudioQuest NRG X(preamp)
