For sale here on this old school forum to established members only, is a pair of Harbeth's in pretty great condition.
A previous owner was a little rough on removing the grills, so there are a few marks on the corners of the speakers and grills (where the grill meets the speaker). It's a shame, because if magnets would have been used to remove the grills this would have never happened. I can take close up pictures if needed.
These are picky speakers, so amplifier synergy needs to be tried in my opinion. When you get the best combo, they are magical for near field low level listening.
These are not modified by Vr3...yet.
Original excellent packaging. I can ship UPS or FedEx, whichever works best for you in your area.
$2,900 and I will cover shipping fees with insurance.

Have you tried them with tube amps?

No. My guess is these would need some oomph from tube power to wake them up, but I could be drastically wrong. No tube amp in the house these days, but that could change anytime
I used a tube pre with class D power, and several class A and A/B solid state amps with great results.
The designer of these speakers claims Hegel is a great match, but I never got around to try.
They are better looking in person than the photos do them justice. -
