POLK MagniFi MAX Firmware update - problem.

Hi everyone!
I have two Magnifi MAX SR units. I've never connected them to Wi-Fi. Yesterday I decided to connect. They'll update themselves.
The first one downloaded firmware 136 after connecting fine. The second one also downloaded it, but I can't use it now.
At the lowest volume, I can hear the subwoofer. If I raise the volume up a notch on the TV, the subwoofer plays louder. The SR is very loud. Sometimes when it pops, I feel like the speakers are going to pop out.
I can't get rid of the device.
I tried a factory reset, but it's the same.
The gain was enormous, but I have the impression that something went wrong with the update. Currently, it won't work because of the SR speakers' screaming.
Please help. Where can I find the firmware to use it manually?
