Polk Audio SR-H1000 Sirius Satellite Radio Tuner NO ANTENNA DETECTION

Hi, and thanks for taking the time to look at this. I have the aforementioned, and it will not detect antenna signal. I know the antenna is working, because I have a Kenwood unit hooked up right next to it, and it works fine. Opening the unit up, there isn't much there. Would you venture to say this is software problem embedded in that big mysterious chip Polk uses, or is this something that can be fixed? I understand you don't have the unit in front of you, but I'm open to suggestions to possibly getting this unit working again...

    Need more info. What antenna do you have connected to the Polk? Same for the Kenwood?
