HK 7300 or Denon 3805

Hey i was wondering if anyone has had any experience or heard any of these. I am looking more to the hk than the denon but i was just wondering what you guys think is a better receiver overall.

From what I read, HK's sound excels within music, and is OK for HT. Denon is the opposite, being very good for HT and OK for music. In either case, both are top of line receivers and you can't go wrong. I would peruse the Home Theater Forum for more info.
