I was able to get my M5 with the worn out driver fixed as a coutesy at the corporate officein Baltimore today. While I was there Mike Polk walked in, and we for a few minutes. Told him how I love his product. I should also mention though that the customer service was exceptional about this. Lauren in customer service deserves a good appraisal for her customer interaction & knowledge of the product. I wish all CS experiences could be this professional & friendly when you deal with a company about their products. Bravo Polk!!

Matt Polk I mean. MAJOR TYPO on my part. I've been buying the man's products for 15 years, you think I would know his freakin' name by now. LOL.
