XT20 - Unavailable in EU?

I ordered (and paid) a pair of XT20 here in EU.
I wait 3 weeks already.
E-shop keeps telling me that there is no XT20 in whole Europe and I have to wait much longer.
They are pushing me to buy Klipsch instead or to cancel the order (lowest price on market).
I would like to ask if that unavailability of XT20 is true.
