This needs a new bulb and the power button on top does not work, so you need to use included remote which works fine. Includes a nice mount and everything you see in the pics. I went through 2 bulbs on this unit. I can includes a high contrast 80" motorized grey screen if you need it, but you will have to pick up shipping on that.
