Is this the right place for this post?

Testing waters to see if anyone would be interested in this beast.

Not sure on a price yet but it'll be north of two grand.

Pretty sure I have most of the original boxes.

Comes with VPI Speed Controller.
The stand is included unless the buyer doesn't want it.
Upgraded drive motor from VPI.
Inverted Bearing.

There's no way I would ship this monster.
If you don't actually know the size of this thing research would be recommended.
This is the VPI with the air bladder feet. Think I still have the pump.

Large custom acrylic turntable dust cover.

She's in beautiful physical condition.
Only issue is the Tonearm lift needs rebuilt, replaced or oil added. I can replace it through VPI if that's what the buyer wants.

Anything seen in the photo is dust.
It is in incredible condition. Even the dust cover.

Just a feeler, let me know if it's something you may be interested in.

You need to post a price you can accept less but you need to price it.

    Thank you pitdogg.

    I’ll do $2500 for everything.

Couldn’t remember the name of the speed controller made by VPI… it’s the SDS.

    Skip,
The Garage Sale was originally intended for Car/Mobile Audio product sales. You will get a lot more attention in this FS section of the forum: https://forum.polkaudio.com/categories/for-sale-fs-classifieds
Also, if you do not intend to ship, it would help if you put a general location for pick-up. BTW, she is a beauty, but I'm trying to get out of vinyl. Years ago, I would have driven 12+ hours to grab your table.

Better pictures without the dust cover would help, this isn't Craigslist..

    Thank you bill.
Will try to move this over to the for sale section.

My location is south east Wyoming, Laramie. 2 hour and change north of Denver, CO.
Am willing to drive 5+ hours one way to get my VPI to one that will carry on and enjoy her.
Drove to Maryland and back for my SDA SRS. Not a scared to hit the road.

Tool, you are spot on correct this isn't craigslick...
I should have more respect than that. Serious stereo folk here.
I'll have some pics soon to show her goods.

    trat, not at this time.
Would be a shame to part this out, right now that would kill me.

TMR consigned my Krell KAV 1500 and they treated me well. That may be easier as they take care of everything.
May end up doing the same with the power plant.

Just have to suck it up and sell my gear,

Just start a new one and mark this closed. Can't delete at a user level. Mods need to do that.

Maybe not the place to ask, but why are you selling your gear? Sorry if I missed it somewhere…or if it’s none of my business.

I’d love to have the power plant, but it’s not in the budget right now🥲

Ok bill, I’ll start a new one.
How does one mark it closed, just say it at the end of the thread or is there a close click thing?

    Yes she is f1.
    She’s in that condition.

    PSOVLSK,
    Not offended by you asking.
Nothing health wise it’s just age and physical ability.
It’s time to not have a **** pot of stuff for family to deal with later.
Have so much stuff from the years of collecting.

Apologize for not updating this with pictures.
Have been dealing with Medicare fraud on my account.
$1,795.00 was approved through Medicare from a doctor here in laramie, I’m not a patient of to an outfit in Florida. And now, that it was approved with Medicare that Florida outfit, are submitted to my Cigna supplemental to pay the rest.

Went through the two hour email bs to submit to medicare fraud.
Attorney general, inspector general of both Florida and Wyoming along with the hospital, the doctor and the Department of Government Efficiency.

Called Cigna to stop the payment to Florida and was told to file a claim with Medicare.
Then the Cigna rep ask if there was anything else I can help you with.
Thought it would be the right thing to do to let my insurance carrier know to not pay an upcoming claim.
Wow, that’s not their policy. Let it go through Medicare he said… WTF?
Why even try to do the right thing for **** sake?

    Apologize for this rant.

Skip, the forum Mod (Selenium Falcon) already moved it to the correct section, so you don't need to start a new thread.

Technically Selenium Falcon is not the mod. That would be RyanC_Masimo.
