This is a shot-in-the-dark to see if anyone is interested in a Sony 400 disc player that can handle CD, DVD, and SACD discs. I realize that these huge carousel disc players do not have much appeal. But, in this case, I was thinking that the SACD playback might insight some interest. This unit is NOT able to 'rip' SACDs to DSD, so please don't make that assumption.
If interested, please do your own research, but I can state that this player does NOT do digital output for SACD/DSD, so you can't export a DSD signal into a DAC. There are analog outputs for post-DSD processing, plus PCM digital output, which might work for regular CDs, but NOT for SACD/DSD.
There is a remote, but although it is for Sony DVD players, I don't think it is the original for this unit.
This unit has barely been used, and comes from my dad's collection.

Geez, I meant to save that as draft. Anyway, here are some pics.
Price for Polkies with at least 100 posts is $150 plus shipping. I'm actually surprised at what these sell for (in working condition) on eBay. Payment via PP F&F, Venmo, or Zelle."This may not matter to you, but it does to me for various reasons, many of them illogical or irrational, but the vinyl hobby is not really logical or rational..." - member on Vinyl Engine
