Blue Colour light keeps on blinking in signa s3

The blue light keeps on blinking in the bar..and subwoofer is also not working.. The buttons in the bar also not working.. I have rest the subwoofer but it doesn't connect.. kindly help me to resolve the issue as soon as possible!
