What's the story with these tubes?

Hoosier21 was kind enough to let me demo a Dared tube pre-amp. He included 2 sets of 12AT7 tubes and a couple different 5Z4 tubes. I was hoping y'all might help get the scoop on these.

12AT7:
Upscale Audio Printed on tube: "KQDD/K" "CV4024" "82-26"

On the box:
T1=6600 T2=6100 Noise "A" Microphonics "A" P (not checked) Short (checked) Gas (checked) Burn-in (checked)
Mullard 12AT7 GT Brittain

The other set of 12AT7's are from the tube store ans simply have "12AT7" printed on the tube in white.

5Z4:
One of these seems to be a Bendix tube an donly has the number 6106 printed on the box and tube. It's from the 50's I think.

The other one is marked as 5Z46T in an Amperex box and marked as 1972. Holland is also written on the box.

Thanks
Wes
