Hello all, new here to the forum, but a lifelong Polk Fan. I have browsed a lot here and what I am looking for is a current crossover cap list and can't seem to find it.
just by a value on one of the film caps 27UF, 50VAC can't find nothing out there
I just want to recap these mildly so if anyone has a current list, I would be grateful
I have these SDA 1A Signature series and have read the crossovers were modified by Polk ?

I've done this on mine. I used Sonicaps and Vishay-Mills 12 watt resistors. You will be using the 200v cap versions of polypropylene caps unless you choose to use Clarity caps, most of Clarity will be 400v. The caps will be much larger and you will need to get creative to fit them all. The 750pf silver mica bypass caps will no longer be used, throw them away and do not replace. The resistor/cap combo is the contouring circuit, I cannot remember if I placed the cap off to the side or raised the cap off the resistor a bit for air circulation. I do remember that the factory cap was very discolored due to the heat coming off the resistor. Your crossovers are BONE STOCK from the factory. All the values are on the caps, this may help you. Hit me up if you need any help.
The difference between your SDA1 Signatures and the SDA1 A is the SDA1a had polyswitches instead of fuses. The signature was an in between model. The used old boxes and covered the ports after plugging with dowel rod with your nice little brass plaque.
The older SDA1 had other inductor coils and a larger cap. You can look at all the diagrams in here: https://forum.polkaudio.com/discussion/55888/polk-audio-speaker-wiring-schematics-amp-more-stereo-dimensional-array-sda#latest
I highly recommend you only do one XO at a time so you can use one as reference.

Thanks sir, I did find this print here as well, I am experiencing some weird issues with these
First off, one speaker is super clean and bright and with little bottom end and fullness, the other is fuller and deeper but less as bright. this is without the interconnect cable connected as well. I am only Interested on the stereo effect right now. another strange thing is when I am playing a cd my left speaker (left upper dimensional tweeter is playing not the inner stereo one?) I had to reglue some bracing board on the bottom so that's why I pulled the crossover out. figured its best to recap while its out. also need to keep this cheap.
Thanks -

You've come to the wrong place for that bro. We're REALLY good at spending other peoples $$...

Well🤔 without the SDA cable the dimensional side should not play at all.
Make sure someone didn't wire the dimensional tweeter off the stereo side. When I bought mine that is exactly what the prior owner had done.
I disconnected both the dimensional tweeters by removing the fuse. -
I will try that I guess Thanks as well, yes these are a bit strange
