Dreadnought in a plastic case?

Looking into building an 800va dreadnought. The hifi compromise with my gf is components have to fit inside our tv console which creates some challenges. I’m limited to about 12x12 footprints. I’m not much of a metal worker but I’m pretty good with a 3D printer. My concern is emi and rfi which the big metal cases knock out. Would lining the inside of a plastic case with faraday tape be sufficient? I could design retaining clips so that it won’t sag when the adhesive inevitably gives up. Dynamat is also popular but I’m not sure how well butyl will stick to plastic.

Appreciate your input.

    There are plenty of 12x12 steel enclosures available.

    Dynamat Xtreme sticks to just about anything.

    There is also a aluminum model that fits that 800va torrid perfectly.
    Made by Hammond IIRC
    Dave @westmassguy used them. Unfortunately we cannot get any feedback from him now.
    @Toolfan66 do you remember?

    Ivan, I like your mention of Dave.

    I was thinking about him yesterday.
