Thiele Small parameters for PSW 202 driver

Hello,

I got the driver of a deceased subwoofer , the PSW 202 10 inch 4 ohm 50 watt. Apparently the amp failed. I saw a lot of messages about problems with the amp on this model.

Anyways, may be that is why the driver looks new and I would like to give it a second life.

I need to build an enclosure for it and have checked several tutorials and tried both WinISD and speakerbox little but I am missing the technical parameters to get the measurements right.

If I can get the data, I would like to build a ported enclosure. If not, may be I go for a sealed box.

I did my test with estimations provided by chatgpt but I don't know how close or far from the actual data they might be.
It's a 10 inch 4 ohm 50 w
And the estimates are
Fs: 30-35 Hz
Vas: 60-80 litres
Qts: 0.35-0.45
Qms: 5-7
Qes: 0.4-0.5
Sd: 330 cm²
Xmax: 6-8 mm
Re: 3.6-4.0 ohms

Any help would be great
Thanks,
Luis

I'm just not sure the juice is worth the squeeze here?

This was very entry level back in the day.

When you build a subwoofer, arguably the last expensive part is the driver most instances.

But the time you build the box and buy the amp... Could maybe just buy a known kit or orphaned svs, hsu, etc

Definitely not worth investing a penny.

I don't have a lot of experience with subs but I've played around with a few Polk lower end subs. I even upgraded the amp in one replaced the driver with a 10" car sub in a PSW-10. They were meh ok. Then I fund an older entry level HSU STF-1 8" sub new old stock in a thrift store for $75. It is no contest. This thing is easy to blend with my LSi7 and sounds great. It could send me down the sub rabbit hole.
