What power output does this need?

I bought this at the thrift shop i work at, it works, i just want to use the proper volatge on it. I coyld also probably use some help with wiring, but i know nothing about speakers and the basics about wiring.

Proper voltage? It looks to be a passive subwoofer.

It looks like it might be set up for speaker/high level in and then out to speakers, or it could be designed to accept speaker/high level in from both left and right channels.
Need more info.
Either way, because it's passive, as @pitdogg2 says, it's likely that anything will technically work, but you really need the specs/documentation on it for the recommended input power.
Power is the term you're looking for, here. The specs for the unit are likely in watts, and that's what you'd match up with your receiver or AVR's output specs, typically detailed per Channel and at usually 8 or 4 ohms.I disabled signatures. -
