    A great song, written by David Gates about/for his late father.
    Come to think of it, Dan Fogelberg's Leader of the Band was cut from extremely similar cloth, about his own father (who was still alive at the time).

    “Beautiful Girl” by INXS

    I was a huge INXS fan and Andrew Farris wrote this after the birth of his daughter. I used to sing it and play it for my daughter when she was a little girl. My beautiful little girl will be 27 tomorrow.
