Polk Audio MagniFi MAX SR always fails to connect with Alexa

I bought Polk Audio MagniFi MAX SR from Amazon few days back, everything is working good except Alexa Setup.
I tried connecting to Alexa from multiple mobile devices (Android/IOS both) but no matter what I do it's fail to connect. It always gives me below error
Connection failure
Sorry, an issue occurred during device setup, please try again.
Error code 2:2:0:3
I have also tried after setting up Airplay, Wi-Fi and also after setting up in Google Home but it gives same error.
Alexa shows me popup of this device has been found do you want to setup, after that I follow the instructions Alexa app tells me but within a second voice comes from the soundbar that Alexa has been setup now go back to Alexa app but in the app it shows above error.
Any help would be appreciated.
