FXIA6 Placement

My setup is Polk RTIA5, Center is Polk CSIA6, Polk FXIA6, SVS SB3000. My room is 12 X 15 with my couch 4 feet away from back wall. My question is where is the best placement of the FXIA6? Also what is ideal height in 5.1 setup? Bipole or Dipole

    As close to ear level as possible
    When using as rear surrounds usually dipole, but if you have reflective corner you could use bipole
    Experiment with both
