More experimentation in the kitchen

Mostly the usual stuff, grilled bacon wrapped filets, steamed broccoli, rice a roni (who can resist that San Francisco treat?) but.....a little different twist on the prawns this time.

In a stainless steel pan, prawns go in with butter and white wine. Then flipped and add diced garlic and cognac and ignite.

After the alcohol burns a little, add heavy cream. While stirring, add coarse black pepper and crushed red pepper. Parsley flakes added once plated.

The prawns were thrown together while the steaks were resting, time to plate it up.

Making me hungry. I'd sprinkle some shredded cheese on that broccoli. Bon Appetit

The best steaks only require a fork and taters.

I would eat 5 or 6 of those filets and chuck the rest of that stuff down the cellar stairs.
