Missing screws on speaker drivers?

Looking at buying a used pair of Sda Srs 2 speakers ( $600 ). Looking at pictures I noticed that on one speaker, on the four woofers - 2 of them are missing 1 (of four) screws, and 1 is missing 2 (of four) screws. No idea the condition of the other speaker.
Is this concerning?
They have the newer tweeters, so I assumed they have been updated but…
(I have zero experience with vintage speakers).

As stated ^^^^ Potentially yes.. & Definitely a good reason to look at the MW woofer & make sure it's the correct one. I've seen many cases someone replaced just any MW that fits/works into it.. Know what speaker you have correctly & have correct woofer.. A simple screwdriver & look could save you a headache..
