Polk Command Center Soundbar and Subwoofer not pairing.

Any solutions for the sub and soundbar not pairing. I have loved this setup since I originally purchased it. From what I have read this became a regular issue. Any help anyone would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,
    Welcome to the Polk forum! I suggest unplugging the power from the soundbar and the subwoofer for all least five minutes. Then follow this:

    Sometimes you have to repeat this complete sequence four or five times to get them paired. I also suggest bringing them as close as possible to each other.
