I was surfin' ratshack's web site they now carry the analog SPL meter...$69.99 CAD...yipee the dig one is 89.99$ guess what Im pickin up !! its about time !!!

    Very cool news indeed. Hope I can find one of those older ones. On a related note, is everyone aware that Circuit City has put in a bid to bye the parent company of Radio Shack Canada. Apparently they want them for some of the in house name brands RS carries here. They also say they will be announcing plans for their first big box stores in Canada in the next 60 days or so.

    You sound about as excited as I did when I heard the news about CC. It can't be all bad though, right? Prices down and it should help break the Best Buy strangle hold on the market.
