RTA11 passive radiators dust caps?

Why are the two passives the same size but have different size dust caps? Do they perform differently?

    Good question. I'm gonna say where they are different is to control the bass with different size caps. So it doesn't put too much bass in the upper passive. I've never owned the 11's but have the 15's

    Different weights and tuned differently for a more balanced sound.
