FS: Polk PSW202 plus misc. items

In my quest to build a surround sound system, I ended up buying too many items, and no longer need a few. Therefore, I have several items to sell, if anyones interested. I thought Id put them on here for a few days, before trying Ebay. Pictures can be sent, if you wish, but these items are really in like new condition.
1) Polk PSW202 subwoofer, black. I used this for about a month, before I upgraded to a bigger sub. This is a nice little sub for a small room. Condition Mint 9.5 out of 10 (actually probably 10 out of 10, but Im being conservative). $94.99 plus shipping. Comes in original box & packing.
2) Pioneer VSX-D711 A/V Receiver, black again used for only about a month or maybe two. Condition 9.5 out of 10. This is a nice surround sound receiver Im only selling because it doesnt have pre-outs. $99.00 plus shipping, comes in original box with manual (but not orig. packing)
3) One pair of Sanus Natural Foundations NF-24B black speaker stands. Used for just a couple weeks. Condition 9.5 out 10. Youll have to assemble. Paid $72 new, will sell for $45 which includes shipping to continental 48 United States.
Comes in orig. box.
Pictures can be sent upon request. Prefer Paypal, but U.S. Postal money order is also acceptable. Thanks for looking.

Is the speaker stand just one stand or is it a pair? If it is a pair, I think I am interested, will check back later.

Chad, I'm sorry I didn't mention that - it's a Pair of Sanus NF24B stands (each are 24 inches tall). The price is for the pair.
They're too short for where I want to use them is why I'm selling. Thanks. -
