How do I enable the center channel speaker when using extended stereo on a pioneer elite sc-05?

I have 7 speakers hooked up and when I go to extended stereo, all of the channels are listed when you adjust the volume with the channel level button, but there is no center channel option to adjust the volume. The speaker connected to the center channel doesn't have any sound. How do I enable it?

    With all channel stereo there is no center channel.
