My favorite was McKenny (I think that was her name), who America booted off last night. I loved her voice and hope to hear her again. She was more of an artist than just a singer, to me.
This young lady, however....she did a smokin' hot rendition of an Evanescence song last night. It wasn't perfect but it perked my ears up and definitely made me pay attention.
Added note, both of them are definitely eye candy!

The talent this year has been amazing. I am pulling for her, sometimes I'd swear I hear Jewel in her voice. She is just so damn nervous all the time. But she's getting better at calming herself down and really nailing the vocals. Emmy is my favorite.
I hope she wins, but I think Abbie is going to win. That girl can sing it all! The Evanescence song was incredible.
On a side note, my girlfriend really could take or leave my rig. She knows it's my baby and doesn't mind me upgrading, etc. Every American Idol show this year she asks if we can turn on the big stereo to listen to the show rather than the soundbar. I say, "of course". It sounds damn good over DishTV w/optical running to the dac and the tubes in the mix w/the XA25.
