When connecting with Bluetooth in apt x mode, after a few minutes, the sound is cut off and a buzzer is heard.

    I recall reading there is no tech support available for this unit, have you tried Polk customer service number?

    These early streaming/wifi speakers were left behind. I have a Hitachi one that sounds pretty good for what it is. Problem is, it hasn't has an app update since 2016. The app won't run on current Android, so I have abandoned it and let my son use it.

    Without the app, it can't play from my server, but it works OK woth Spotify premium (which he uses).

    I suspect the Woodbourn us in a similar boat.
