Polk lsi25 and linn 2250

Hi everyone

I bought a set of lsi25 a couple of months ago and finally got around to running room correction.

System : Tower speakers polk lsi25, surrounds and hieghts kef from previous
AV RECIEVER :Pioneer vsx505 acting as preamp
Power amps : linn 2250 powering the 2 front lsi25
Monolith 3 channel amp for center and surround

Problem
I run the Dirac room correction software, all speakers except the lsi25 play a normal test tone, lsi25 I don't hear a test tone even at full volume, When playing music it plays like the should.

Take the linn out of the equation, connect lsi25 to the monolith , play the test tone and room correction it works fine.

Did room Correction then re attached the fronts to the linn and center and backs to the monolith it works but there is a drop off in volume when playing test tones.

I am wondering if the linn does not have the power for the lsi25.

Any help would be great , thanks in advance

Even if the amp has insufficient power, you should hear something unless it is in protect. The linn 2250 looks like it would drive the LSi25 nicely. Check wiring, try swapping the amp for a different one, getting output on those channels from the pre-amp?

I see the "the 2250 features signal sensing circuitry which enables the amplifier to revert to standby when not in use, thereby reducing power consumption." Is it possible the amp is going into standby?
