Polk Monitor 10b tweeter upgrade

Hi all! Just got a pair of Monitor 10b’s, and the tweeters are exceptionally harsh to me. I have seen there are replacement tweeters that may help? I am (hopefully) including a picture of the tweeters I have currently. Thank you in advance for your input and expertise! q4xv37t8836f.jpeg

Those are the SL2000. You want to replace them with the RD0194-1.

Thank you! Are they easy to do? Do the leads solder on, or clip? Lastly, do you have a recommendation where to order them from? Sorry for all the questions, but I very much appreciate the help!

The tweeters are very easy to change. The leads are attached with fastons (push on type terminals). You can order them from Polk, the Speaker Exchange or Midwest Speaker Repair.
