I know that forum!
Fortunately, there is at least one Polk expert who lurks/posts over there and usually will speak write words of truth to the knuckledraggers, whether they're prepared for it or not.

One of my favorite bits was the notion that the passive radiators were "dummies".
We'll just put these placeholders in here for now, and when you save up more money later, you can buy the parts to finish building them.
A PBR does look like a fake driver though, especially the first time you see one.

I think the real challenge would be to add a passive tweeter.
