A little while ago, Sid posted a thread about yardwork and how much of a drag it is.
Well, I'm laid off right now so I have all kinds of time on my hands. I have spent a large portion of that time in the yard. Now, you have to understand, I've got a pretty big yard. I don't try to have a Winterthur Gardens, just can't afford to. I don't have turf, but the grass is nice.
I just came in form puttering around, there's always something to be done. Right before I walked into the house, I took a look around and was REALLY satisfied, Ya know??
I don't mean to go on and on. But the icing on the cake was when these people stopped and asked me if they could get married on the property. I can't let them, but just the question swelled my heart...

Well... With a property like yours, you have a hell of a lot to be proud of.

Get them to sign the papers, and let them do it. Couple years down the road, they'll want to get divorced in the same place. They'll be ready to sign anything at that point. Get a $Double-Banger$ out of it. Tie & untie. The yin/yang. The Circle of Life.
