crossover components for series 7 monitors

I have a 34 uF electrolytic cap and a large yellow component marked 12.0J 100V. Is this a cap and what value?

    It's a 12.0uF +/- 5% mylar(polyester) capacitor. The "J" stands for 5% tolerance.

    Double checked and it's actually marked KSC 12.0J 250V dated Dec 88

    As stated, it is a 12uF Mylar cap. Replace it and the 34uF.
