I get an email from Polk CS a couple days ago telling me the parts I have been looking for are now available. Today I call to place the order and there are again no parts! I have only been waiting for a while now. I can understand supply issues from Covid, but we are now a good 18 months post-pandemic and still having issue???

You know the CS has been awful for many many years now. The whole we’re not stocking parts for the LSIM anymore when had only been discontinued for 2-3 years really pushed me away from the brand as a whole. I don’t want want paperweights a few years after speakers are discontinued in the event they need replacement drivers or other parts. Hopefully they learned a lesson from that2 Channel in my home attic/bar/man cave

Can you give me a list of the parts you need and I'll check on what happened?

Good call, John....
Tom~ In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence. ~ -

They're just gearing up for the next one...So, are you willing to put forth a little effort or are you happy sitting in your skeptical poo pile?
