    It's about 2.5 from me.

    It is a more affluent area but that's because it's made up of a mix of NJ hillbillies and farmers and NYC executives with their sprawling estates. Census data shows the median household income was $88,800 which means half the population is above that, the other half is below that. But West Milford has a sub 3% poverty level. There's only, like, 25K people there too. So that should give you an idea of how affluent it is if the median income level is over $30K higher than the national average income.

    It's not a podunk place despite being on the outskirts of "civilization".

    It's a gorgeous area though, visited often by many because of the proximity to stuff like High Point State Park and Stokes State Forest and all the little spots in between.

    We used to have a member here that lived up near Milford, PA which, oddly enough, is west of West Milford, NJ. He would have been about 40 minutes from West Milford.

    There seems to be a strange lack of used BAT tube amps on the market at the moment. There's a few on TMR but they are out of my budget.

    Amp has been sold, womp womp. I will keep looking for another BAT tube amp though.
