Poor customer service and possible harassment

I’m in the process of disputing an order that was never received. Polk Audio has stopped responding to any follow up questions/concerns. Yesterday, I received a voicemail from another customer. He stated he was on the phone with Polk Audio customer service for 20+ minutes and was instructed they would transfer to someone who could help. Any reason why Polk Audio thought it would be a good idea to transfer a unsatisfied customer to another unsatisfied customer? I’m really fed up with this company.
