Does Polkaudio surroundbar SDA require the subwoofer?

I bought a used Polkaudio surroundbar sda speaker the other day and it doesn’t seem to connect to my tv, the light is blinking orange. i was wondering if the surroundbar requires the subwoofer that originally comes with it, in order to connect?

    You do not need multiple posts. We do need more info, Polk made a ton of different soundbars and you will get better answers with complete info as to model of soundbar. Many of them were very problematic so that also could be the issue.
