Polk Audio React Sound Bar Sound Issue

I have noticed when I am watching sporting events. I can hear the announcers but the volume of the crowd noise and (with NFL) the sound on the ref's making calls is very low. Commercials also seem to be low. Do you know how to reverse this issue?
