Help finding .1uf 250V capacitor for PSW505 Sub

Hey friends ... I've got a polk sub that is failing to get power. I've noticed the fuse is blown and one of the capacitors (C403 on the schematic) also looks blown. (still triaging for others bad components, but this I know will need replaced) The schematic shows it as a 0.1uf 250v. Does anyone have a link where I can buy those? The ceramic kits on amazon seem to be for 50v ... and I couldn't find anything that looked similar on digikey ... :-/ New to electronics here, so do be patient ...

That's a very common capacitor, this would work:
