Overvolted a ping charger help

Options
hi all,
I was trying to tune down output voltage so I wouldn't have to worry about balance issues while I run temporarily without a BMS. I guess I got overzealous with the trimpot and the 63v capacitor blew before I had a chance to turn the voltage down. I've replaced it with a 100v cap, but now the charger is only putting out 103v and not responding to the trimpot at all.

The trim pot is in the corner. The resistor I'm touching looks cooked and brown. I believe it has something to do with the LED because when I tested it with the ohm meter the led lit up for a bit.

One of these diodes looked cooked so I pulled it off.
Testing the diode with the diode feature. Is it good? All the guides on the internet tell me different readings are good and bad. Is it DMM dependent?

The diode is fr107

The board uses a tl494.

The fan and leds power up, so I don't know what's up.
Sorry to keep asking for help fixing broken stuff! I've resisted posting this for a few weeks because I got tired of asking for help!

Tks and rgds
