Woofer replacement for Polk PSW111

Had it since 2012 and also replaced the plate amp after 4 or 5 years. Always liked it 'cause it was small and the wife did not object; anything bigger and we probably be divorced by now. Anyway, the new amp works great but now the driver is beginning to fail. Just curious if anybody found a replacement woofer that fits? I've looked at Parts Express but all their 8 inch woofers are bigger by 4 or 5 mm to fit into the front panel recess. I now I may be able to retrofit the front panel but was trying to avoid that.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

My friend responded that they have the woofer in stock part # RD8010-1. You can call: 1-800-377-7655 and follow the phone prompts to the parts department. If you mention you've joined Club Polk you should get a educed price.

The dimension of the woofers is not the only important parameter, they can be replaced with the same model, or model with similar Thiele and Small parameters, or if possible try a reparation of the woofer, couse the box and the reflex tube when is bass reflex speaker are dimensioned for a specific woofer, this is valid for a sub as for any other speaker, electroacoustic is not easy as many people think.
