AV or Amp to power vintage sda2 speakers

It appears my Onkyo Integra 8087 is starting to fail on power when cranking my speakers up loud....does anyone have a good suggestion for a replacement. Turned around and hooked them up to my txsv727 but they just do not sound the same.
I would like to repair my integra if worth it as it powers the speakers nicely. Located in little rock arkansas, and would take suggestions on repairing it too if worth it.

To date, never heard a receiver sound good for 2 channel.
Repairing gear can be pricey so just need to make sure the dollars make sense.
Pyramid audio in Texas is reputable, music technology in Virginia, etc
Would also check out the parasound hca series amplifier used- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.
