I am considering purchasing a Citation 5.1 4 channel amp to drive SDA 1.2TL's.
I would run in bridged mode 300 X 2 at 8 ohms
I can't find any info if the amp is common ground.
Has anyone used this amp on SDA's?
Thanks

I just found a post asking the same question for the Citation 7.1 and that is not common ground when bridged so I assume the 5.1 would be the same

Correct. Also many bridged amps dislike anything below 8 ohms. IIRC those 1.2tl's may start at 6 ohm and drop lower. You've also raised the noise floor of the amp by bridging. -
Thanks.

Bridging an amplifier should be outlawed. Terrible sound quality.

I moved on from the Citation.
Looking at a Sherbourn 3/900 Amp It is 3 channel at 200 WPC The same amp as the 2/600 and 5/1500
Does anyone know if it is common ground?
Thanks
